Oolite Arts and the City of Miami Beach awarded nine Miami-based filmmakers $5,000 each to create 3 to 5 minute narrative or documentary film shorts as 鈥淟ocal Love Letters鈥� to Miami Beach. The winning stories will premiere Thursday night in a free screening outdoors at the New World Symphony.
