- Contact your attorney to request a change to your will or the creation of a codicil.
- There are several ways to include a gift to SA¹ú¼Ê´«Ä± in your will or living trust.
- Make a flexible gift by leaving a percentage of your estate to SA¹ú¼Ê´«Ä±.
- Leave a fixed amount to SA¹ú¼Ê´«Ä±.
- Make your legacy gift a contingent, or backup bequest, that only takes effect if other beneficiaries are not able to receive their gifts in order to provide for your family before making a gift to SA¹ú¼Ê´«Ä±.
- Use the following language for your will or living trust:
- "I give to Friends of SA¹ú¼Ê´«Ä±, Inc., a Florida nonprofit corporation that is recognized as exempt from tax under 501(c)(3), currently located at 172 NE 15th Street, Miami, FL 33132, [all (or ________ percentage) of my residuary estate] or [the sum of $ _________] to be used for its general purposes."
