A Leon County Circuit Court judge has dismissed a case against Governor Ron DeSantis over flights funded by Florida that took migrants to Martha鈥檚 Vineyard from Texas last year.

With little fanfare, Gov. Ron DeSantis on Wednesday signed a controversial bill expected to result in Florida transporting migrants to 鈥渟anctuary鈥� areas of the country, similar to the September flights of about 50 migrants from Texas to Martha鈥檚 Vineyard in Massachusetts.
