The Knight Foundation is 鈥渃elebrating the intersection of art and technology鈥� Monday by bringing together experts and creative minds from both sectors for a daylong forum to talk such topics as artificial intelligence, artistic rights and the ethics of digital integration.

Alberto Ibarg眉en, the CEO and President of the John S. and James L. Knight Foundation, is retiring from his position after 18 years. He steered millions of dollars into art projects in South Florida that brought art into he hands of residents. He joins SA国际传谋's Carlos Fr铆as to talk about Miami鈥檚 ever-changing art scene 鈥� and what he hopes to see next.

Since joining the John S. and James L. Knight Foundation in 2016, program officer Adam Ganuza has reviewed more than 11,000 proposals from artists vying for its Arts Challenge. There are three rules to apply: The idea must be about the arts; the project must take place in, or benefit, South Florida; and awardees must match the Knight Foundation鈥檚 commitment.
