The Trump administration has quietly instructed federal prosecutors in Miami to avoid pursuing criminal investigations into Venezuela鈥檚 acting President Delcy Rodr铆guez, a longtime target of the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration.

Venezuela鈥檚 acting President Delcy Rodr铆guez has arrived in the Netherlands to defend her country鈥檚 claim to a mineral- and oil-rich region in western Guyana before the United Nations highest court in a dispute that has spanned decades.
