Prosecutors suddenly drop case against Miami attorney accused of bribing DEA agents

The news release from the Drug Enforcement Administration trumpeted a 鈥渂old bilateral initiative鈥� with the Mexican government to crack down on cartels that smuggle drugs across the southern border.
