The partnership is part of an effort from the county to capitalize on the investments made to grow the game for last summer鈥檚 T20 World Cup. Broward County Stadium was one of three US locations to host games for the tournament held jointly between the United States and West Indies.

The 2024 T20 Cricket World Cup is being held in the United States for the first time. Games will take place in New York, Dallas... and Broward. Lauderhill will on Tuesday host the encounter between Sri Lanka and Nepal, before hosting Team USA later this week.

For the first time ever, the U.S. will host matches for the T20 Cricket World Cup this summer 鈥� and the four South Florida fixtures won鈥檛 be held in Miami or Fort Lauderdale, but rather in Lauderhill, where the community has embraced the game.
