11/13/14 - Thursday's begins with the program, guided by the Community Foundation of Broward.  It operates in Broward and Palm Beach counties—the area’s largest foster care licensing agency. Over 20 children require foster placement each week, and Kids in Distress seeks qualified parents.   In the second half of the program: with a Specialty Chef at Epicure Market, Michael Love.  He’s written The Salvage Chef with ways to cut food waste, save money and turn leftovers into great meals. Also, wine columnist Fred Tasker. That’s Thursday at 1pm.
